Open Question: Doctor Question Or someonewho'ss had this!!!Pleasee Answer!!!?

I have this rash that started on my legs and went to my arms its smooth no bumps and kinda ssplotchy like Miniature pimples it doesn't itch or anything i didn't see it i wouldn'tknow it was there Pleases help i asked my Doctor he said he doesn't know and he'll do a blood test but its alaska so its hard to find people who know what it is?
